“Good stay. I would recommend it to others looking for a close hotel to the Masquerade or anything else downtown. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our room didn’t have hot water but we were in a rush so we never asked for a room change. Something to keep note of. Also downtown Atlanta in general is a very dangerous place with a lot of disgusting people. “Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.”

“First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. “Parking was nice. I called downstairs for a new coffemaker (one in the room didn't work) around 7:30am. I checked out at noon and never got it. The coffee shop in the lobby doesn't open until 7am. That's late for people who have to be somewhere early like my daughter did. The guy who checked us in was nice. There was an odd smell in the room, but the bed was comfortable and the tv worked well. ”
