“The room was neat and clean. The bed was soft and snuggly. However the shower and bathtub didnt work. I couldn't change the temperature of the shower or bath and there was no plug to keep the water in the tub for a bath. ”

“I stayed here briefly while working in the area, and would definitely stay there again if I'm back that way. The hotel is a little old, but my room was very clean and comfortable. It looked like it had been freshly painted and the bathroom had been recently remodeled. The wifi was reliable. There was a "New Owner" sign out front, so I think the older, poor reviews must be from before the ownership change. Ajay at the front desk told me that all of the ground-floor rooms were recently updated,……

“Perfect getaway. We stayed 3 nights for a Petit Jean and area sight seeing focused trip. Dog friendly for our little gal. Really enjoyed the lake views. Older house that has been nicely remodeled and very clean.”

“The property was clean and peaceful. It had everything we needed. Do be careful cause there’s little to no cell reception in the area so pay attention to the hosts directions. GPS will get you close but then will send you in circles a bit. We had a really nice time:)”
