“Sam was a wonderful host for our three generation family visit to Charlottesville. He was responsive and helpful, and made sure our trip was a success. The house is very centrally located making it easy to get to all the various things we wanted to do. The three bedrooms and bathroom were lovely and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at home. “We were visiting family iver the Holiday and needed our own place. This apartment wss heaven. It was close to everything, had free parking, was in a great neighborhood with exceptional views, lots of space, very clean and modern and had all the essentials. We were five people and had beds for all with space to seoerate. Also two full bathrooms was a great plus. The trails behind the building were also a great treat. “My husband and I (and our pup) enjoyed our stay here! While the weather did not cooperate as we hoped for a weekend of hiking, the cabin was very cozy and we enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and spices for cooking. I'd definitely recommend visiting when it's warmer to take advantage of the fantastic wrap around porch and firepit!”

“It worked out perfect for us. It’s secluded enough that if my dog barked, he did not disturb anybody. There’s a hiking path right next to the side so I could take my dogs for a nice long walk. Even though it was secluded, it was close enough to any place around. Shopping was only nine minutes away. Downtown Charlottesville was just a very short ride.”
