“The stay was great!! The upstairs, WOW!! Highly recommend staying here. Virginia was great to work with. We will be back. The only complaint if there is one would be you are in the back yard of a rental house. It’s not private as the picture leads you to believe. But we will be back! ”

“Fantastic stay for Shenandoah hikes. Make sure to shop before hand because grocery and gas are quite far, but the property is beautiful and has many little critters running about near the main clubhouse (i.e., kitties of many kinds and a massive duck as well). The grill is a George Forman but it still worked as well as we needed for basic hot dog and burgers for dinner. Overall great experience and will absolutely book again if we return for more hiking!”

“Property was very picturesque with fantastic views and the Appalachian Trail is within walking distance. Very restful and rejuvenating atmosphere…plenty of peace and quiet and local wildlife. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful. This place was everything I expected and more. Would definitely return to visit again! ”

“We took our 18 yr old here on a trip of Virginia and NC. This house was perfectly located for the hikes and tubing activities we wanted to do. Skyline drive was cool even though it was foggy and drizzling on and off all day. Into Charlottesville one day for tubing on Rivanna river. So glad we have the washer and dryer. Super clean and had extra things like kleenex, coffe and shampoo. Really felt like home. ”
