It’s about 2 miles down a partially paved road, so you really feel like you’re away from everything, but you’re also close enough to attractions, restaurants, and shops for anything you want or need. The house is amazingly well-kept and well stocked. We hope to stay there again!”

“My siblings and I have started a new tradition of renting a house for Thanksgiving so that we can all come together with our children and enjoy the holiday under one roof. “Sam was a wonderful host for our three generation family visit to Charlottesville. He was responsive and helpful, and made sure our trip was a success. The house is very centrally located making it easy to get to all the various things we wanted to do. The three bedrooms and bathroom were lovely and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at home. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area, so perfect for the kids who went to bed early. Overall we had an outstanding trip……
