“This was my first time in Kenya and a fantastic experience. As depicted in the pictures, the Panari certainly lived up to its prestige. Things I liked: 1) Guest relations, Ms. Claira was EXCELLENT, 5 STARS :) Because we were there for only 12 hours, Claira organized 3 Kenyan experiences, which my wife and I completed in 3 hours. “Nice hotel which is very secure with nice rooms. The food is good but really limited choice and quite expensive for what you actually get. Staff are nice and friendly but not the quickest! Rooms have nice views with comfy bed and bathroom. WiFi fast. All in, it’s a nice hotel but is it worth the extra cost? I’m not sure!!”

“So booked this stay ion Orbitz and prepaid . When I checked in they said I owed them money. Showed them my receipt on orbitz gave me a hassle but said ok. When I checked out 3 days later said I owed money agsin. Showed her receipts for payment of the 3 nights. Refused to honor them even those I had proof of payment. Threatened to not let me leave until I paid. She made me talk to the people off the phone and I sent them proof emails. Still wanted me to pay agsin for 2 nights. Was a nightmare,……
