“Richard and Katy are very friendly and helpful owners. My room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was very good. The rooftop terrace is very good location for watching aircraft. An excellent bed and breakfast and my friend and I agreed that we would definitely stay again.”

“So happy with our stay at Casa León Royal. Super great service, quiet and calm - exactly what we were looking for. The breakfast buffet was really good (only thing missing was a really great coffee). We had fab weather in February (25 degrees and not a cloud in the sky) with no wind whilst it was quite strong winds down by the ocean. If you're looking for a few calm days away on Gran Canaria, this is your place. ”

“Quite limited all inclusive offer. You are asked to pay for certain products such ice cream at the bar, the drinks are 3 per day per person only. While in the other hotel we were staying for longer period everything was included in all inclusive option that here at the lobby the coffee is priced and there is info about not refilling the water from the big bottle container. The all inclusive refers to the restaurant only. We were staying 1 night only and even though we had arrived late and knew……

“Great location, short walk into harbour, beach, shops. lovely pool with great sea views. Deluxe suite was large and great bathroom & kitchenette. Closed the pool area & pool bar early and limited restaurant opening. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Most staff friendly. Pretty quiet and relaxing. Great relaxing break ”
