“The hotel was very large and had a lot of facilities. There were several pools and to a decent depth. The cleaning staff, especially Inma, were all delightful and did a great job. They even let me practice my Spanish with them! The arcade was good fun and open quite late of an evening. The breakfast was varied and well-cooked. Breakfast included is a must! “The hotel was beautiful located with a view to the sea. The breakfast selection was good. We also really enjoyed the Neo. Bar. However, we needs more soap at our room which we never got. At the breakfast the staff was very stressed and seems sloppy in topping up different stuff. It more seemed as 3 star than a four star hotel. Nevertheless we did enjoy our stay. ”
