“It was difficult to find as there was no signage out front. Address number is 8 written on the mailbox. Prompt text communication via Whatsapp for checkin. Keybox for building door. Code entry for apartment. Small, comfortable 1 bedroom apartment with patio and lounge chairs. No sea view from our unit but it was only 1 block from the promenade starting at the estuary/sand dunes. “Our only regret about our stay at this hotel is that we cannot give it more stars. The menus were innovative, the rooms spotless and extremely comfortable, the facilities (including pool and Wellness Centre) luxurious; but above all the service levels were the highest we have ever experienced. All of the staff were friendly and communicative, all prepared to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. “Beautiful looking hotel, and some of the best pools and gardens I have seen. Hotel was immaculate inside and out and rooms specious and nicely decored. Unfortunately the size of the hotel and the mediocre sevice stop it from being the luxury resort its trying to be. Service and staff while efficient were unfriendly and a little cold. Dining was disappointing for the level of hotel and food fairly run of the mill. Its a very good four star hotel but other hotels around it put it in the shade when……
