“The area was lovely, but the staff were very busy, especially at restaurant. They were doung their best, but clean tables were hard to find.”

“Safe and nice”

“Lovely hotel, clean, spacious, nice and quiet too with plenty of sunbeds and space around the pool. Easy walking distance from all local amenities e.g. beach, Yumbo, restaurants and a good supermarket. All staff seemed friendly and polite. Only issue was there was an alarm in a room near the sauna that started going off one evening, reported to their phone line but it carried on through the night until the morning, had to use ear plugs to drown it out, don’t think anybody came out to sort it……

“Wir hatten ein Zimmer (Nr.531) was bereits renoviert wurde. Dort war die Sauberkeit in Ordnung , bei uns hat die Putzfrau jeden Tag geklopft und wollte immer irgendetwas säubern, Handtücher/Bettzeug tauschen etc. Sehr freundlich und gründlich, Top. Mit etwas Trinkgeld gibt es auch kleine Geschenke der Putzfrau (z.B. ist die ältere Sitzcouch dann mit einem Schonbezug versehen worden, sehr aufmerksam) Die Einrichtung selber war in Ordnung, dem Zimmerpreis angemessen. Teilweise neu und teilweise……

“The hotel was very large and had a lot of facilities. There were several pools and to a decent depth. The cleaning staff, especially Inma, were all delightful and did a great job. They even let me practice my Spanish with them! The arcade was good fun and open quite late of an evening. The breakfast was varied and well-cooked. Breakfast included is a must! You get a wrist band to show the staff what you are entitled to. One of the best things about the stay was the transport links. There's a……

“The hotel was beautiful located with a view to the sea. The breakfast selection was good. We also really enjoyed the Neo. Bar. However, we needs more soap at our room which we never got. At the breakfast the staff was very stressed and seems sloppy in topping up different stuff. It more seemed as 3 star than a four star hotel. Nevertheless we did enjoy our stay. ”

“Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! ”

“Lovely and peaceful. Nice rooms around a large pool which was heated in the winter. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are lovely. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choice but can be busy. All staff were friendly and the entertainment (activities during the day and poolside and evening entertainers) were great. The only downside is the location, it’s a long walk to anywhere else or a taxi and the footpaths locally are terrible. ”
