“Beautiful looking hotel, and some of the best pools and gardens I have seen. Hotel was immaculate inside and out and rooms specious and nicely decored. Unfortunately the size of the hotel and the mediocre sevice stop it from being the luxury resort its trying to be. Service and staff while efficient were unfriendly and a little cold. Dining was disappointing for the level of hotel and food fairly run of the mill. Its a very good four star hotel but other hotels around it put it in the shade when……

“Hotel staff and cleaners were very friendly. Hotel was very clean apart from cat poo smell by the lifts which is not their fault as they look after the stray cats there. Hotel room was so lovely with balcony with green grass and facing the pool, I felt very lucky to have the room although I paid for the cheapest with Expedia Vitality discount. “Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! ”
