The menus were innovative, the rooms spotless and extremely comfortable, the facilities (including pool and Wellness Centre) luxurious; but above all the service levels were the highest we have ever experienced. All of the staff were friendly and communicative, all prepared to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. “Beautiful looking hotel, and some of the best pools and gardens I have seen. Hotel was immaculate inside and out and rooms specious and nicely decored. Unfortunately the size of the hotel and the mediocre sevice stop it from being the luxury resort its trying to be. Service and staff while efficient were unfriendly and a little cold. Dining was disappointing for the level of hotel and food fairly run of the mill. Its a very good four star hotel but other hotels around it put it in the shade when……

“Great for kids and parents. My 3 year old loved it. Room were spacious , the mattress weird. No conditionner just shampoo. They could have nespresso machine instead of instant coffee and their mini fridge is not cold if you plan on keeping milk for your toddler, had to use a cooler w ice. They got free apples at reception and there’s a grocery store 2 min walking distance.”

“Non mi era chiaro dalla descrizione, las pitas, Orchidea e un altro del gruppo Grupptel sono la stessa struttura. Las pitas si trova un po' più in alto e può risultare scomodo per una rampetta di scale, ma si sta veramente bene e si è vicinissimi alla strada dove posteggiare. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, soprattutto una signora delle pulizie che ogni giorno ci salutava e ha anche regalato dei cioccolatini ai miei bambini. Se vi capita l'appartamento con giardino è bello spazioso”
