“If you can go somewhere else, do it. Nobody works here. You are SOL if you need help. Our door was jammed multiple times and we couldn't get in. The parking lot is TINY & a huge liability if you're renting your car. They charged me hundreds extra when I paid for parking and an early check in. You can't get in touch with anybody. Don't waste your time here. Get a real hotel ”

“I loved the aesthetic of the place- immediately walking into the fun staircase art and modern furniture and lighting. I booked a single room to save some money as it was only one night and that was fine for my partner and I, but I wouldn’t recommend that for any longer. There was very limited sound and light proofing with doors- we shared a door with the neighboring room and there was a reasonable gap under it. We could hear other rooms pretty well and it was no wonder they had provided an eye……
