“I have stayed at the Arizona Grand several times. Plus my daughter had her wedding at the Grand 15 years ago. This stay was the best! You could tell there was a positive culture for the employees as the customer service was outstanding! Not only was I was upgraded to a villa suite right in front of the waterpark and close to parking but the staff went above and beyond to please and accommodate. So happy to see the Grand well maintained and so well run!!!”

“We were staying there 4 nights and I was trying to do the laundry once. I went to the front desk to buy the 1 dollar to get the detergent, and I put 2.5 USD like 10 quarters in it. As a result, the washer didn't work. So I went to the front desk and the other staff went to the laundry room with me. The staff tried to put the quarters in it, then washer did work. How come? I put 10 quarters and I need to put anther 10 quarters to do the laundry. I told the staff I already I did put 10 quarters……

“Geweldig, mooi huis, mooie omgeving, prachtig zwembad, goede service bij problemen, goede bereikbaarheid verhuur. Algemene uitrusting keuken, handdoeken enz uitstekend. Gebruiksaanwijzing apparatuur b.v TV, vuiil dispenser makkelijk. Eventueel te verbeteren : Afhalen code van de voordeur ver van de accommodatie( 15 min), Plattegrond van de wijk en aanduiding van de aanwezige zwembaden. Sleutel zwembad met label.”
