“The approach to the hotel there are loads of cigarette ends by the door way. Lots of rubbish in the bushes generally untidy. The pub itself externally is 3 different colours and the porchway roof had tiles missing ”

“The hotel is very nice. It was comfortable and clean. The only two notes are that the shower head was not detachable, making it very difficult to use and the window in the room wasn't properly soundproofed. The hotel is close to a major traffic artery, so if you're a light sleeper you might want to ask for a room away from the road. ”

“Nice room on the front but could do with an update in areas, but apart from that staff very helpful. Food and drink nice choice.”

“Excellent place to stay and dine. Good location with plenty of parking and lots of public transport options nearby. The staff are extremely helpful. Comfortable, clean well appointed rooms with great amenities. Could do with aircon though. The food and menu choice is superb very tasty and beautifully presented meals. Thank you team Dalmeny. ”

“Fantastic hotel, have stayed here many times before and always been impressed. Staff are friendly and professional, food in the restaurant is excellent quality and great value for money. The only slight negative on this trip was that the room was cold, and no matter what I did to try and change the temperature it didn’t get any warmer. Other than that it was a great stay.”
