“terrible experince with is hotel!! the worst ever don't get cheated by the photo. the cleaness of room is terrible. i could see many stains in the washroom like the housekeeping rushed the work. The desk and curtain in the room was covered with dust and the whole room was smelly. it doesnt worth for the money dont even mention its 4 stars rated. the worst thing is my airport pickup didnt show up and the receiption did not even apologize for this. dont waste money to try this hotel. no.”

“Not as expected. Hotel itself is nice. But even I'm gold member on Hotels.com. Hotel staff not willing to offer early check-in (they refused immediately, not even check). The interior of the room seems to be good but if look carefully, many facilities not qualified. totally not organized and think thru what customers want. Shower room is worth, always drained after shower so it appears they never bother to check and clean. Bed sheets also many obvious stains, even you public showed to the room……

“There was a grocery next to the hotel building. The neighbourhood was very clean and away from crowd. My room was overlooking the towers of Sheikh Zayed Road and Burj Khalifa in the distance. There weren't restaurants in the neighbourhood. The stay was wonderful.”

“The room was very dirty at my arrival and hotel wasn't comprehensive about the situation. There was no service and no one came to clean the room. There was no compensation given. It was over 100$ per night and there was no service at all. There were used cups and botteled water, towels everywhere and the bed was a mess. Complete disaster”

“Great days in this hotel, very pleasure . The clerks in the hotel are very friendly, help us to load and unload the baggage. One day we lost the card inside the room, they are very patient to open the door, the next day advise us if the key for room is available and open . The rooms are very clean and timely prepare adequate paper towels for us. ”
