“The property is excellent, and we enjoyed our stay overall. However, we had a frustrating issue with the luggage delivery. Upon check-in, we were informed that our luggage would be brought to our room. Unfortunately, our carry-on was with the checked luggage, so we were left waiting. After about 20 minutes with no delivery, we called the front desk and were told it was on the way. Another 20 minutes passed with no update, so I went downstairs to retrieve the luggage myself, only to be reassured……

“Although they had promised me the shuttle service, I ended up not using the service FROM and TO airport, as they only have one driver and always couldn't match my time schedule.
