“It’s very good ”

“The pool was closed which was a disappointment but the pool was offered at a neighboring hotel. I just didn't want to change locations for a pool. Our first room had dead bugs on the floor and wall, and a live flying one! The front desk person was super nice and got us into a new room very quickly. The second room was very nice. She did tell us she was contacting her manager to see if we would get a discount or something but never heard back and it was the full rate on our receipt. Breakfast……

“Pet friendly”

“This place was fabulous. We stayed in The Madison and it was beautiful, cozy and chic. Would absolutely stay again. Very reasonable price for the area. If you are someone who needs a front desk and lots of attention to check-in/out, you won't get it here. Instead everything is done electronically which suits me fine, it's very efficient and they know what they're doing. If you need anything, you can call or text the manager and they are very responsive. They email and/or text you your codes……

“Location Friendly staff Great bed and pillow ”

“Staff was friendly and accommodating- had to switch rooms because of a leak in the bathroom but all was taken care of promptly. Hotel was quiet and clean!”

“The hotel had warned us that they were having renovations so we knew in advance that some areas would be affected. It was well managed. Decent fitness centre (although some equipment needs repair). As there are no changing rooms at the pool, a dressing gown in the room would have been nice. Very good dinner. Very helpful staff. ”

“Hotel is lovely, staff helpful. Room small, bed good pillows very soft... A little expensive. Our biggest issue was not knowing that there was no parking, so paid about $22 a night at an outside lot a block away that was hard to get to in the mess of one way streets. We ate the hotel resturant. It was OK, I got a ceaser salad with beef add on that was very tough, but the waitress took it back and the replacement chicken was good. Waitress was excellent.
