“We stayed at the Hotel Du Vin on our wedding night. We checked in online which was a very quick and simple process. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a suitcase which we wanted to take to the hotel prior to checking in. This was absolutely no problem and as our room was ready, we were able to take the case to our room far in advance of normal check in time. When we returned to our room, a bottle of bubbly had been provided which was a lovely touch and gratefully……

“We have stayed many times over the years. The hotel is very central - a very short walk to the river, shops, and other sights in Stratford. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff friendly. Decor has been “touched up” after our last stay - but still some maintenance issues: a light not working in the bathroom and curtains coming off the rail. “Enjoyed the hot tub. Delicious full English breakfast 200 yards away at the Burnside Hotel. Great choice of food at the village pub, The Belll. Arrived at check in time of 4pm and had to call the number to get owner to let us into room. Hard to get shower colder, owner let us use upstairs bathroom meant for another (vacant) room instead. Very clean and well kept property. ”
