“We had a lovely stay at this guest house. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and the decor is to die for. Will definitely be going back and would highly recommend.”
“Stayed here while going to a friends wedding in the local area. Created to really friendly staff and check in was a breeze. The room was compact but had everything we needed, comfy bed and even a little hamper with slippers, teas coffee and milk.
Hotel is above a pub though there’s a separate entrance so coming and going was easy.
Would recommend if you’re near by.”
“It’s a very traditional hotel in a lovely, scenic landscape. It also provides a lot of entertainment for youths. It is within walking distance to the station, the High Street and it’s by the sea with a wonderful park in front of it.”
“The overnight stay was a pleasure the staff were welcoming and helpful. The bar is well stocked and the cooked breakfast very tasty. The building looks a bit tired not surprising as it is originally an 18th century coaching inn but that didn’t spoil our stay.”
“Former Officer's Club now a big hotel. Nice single room with a large bathroom. I was allowed to take my bicycle to the room, which on a tour is quite practical. Nice breakfast also.”
