“We weren't very pleased with this place. For starters, we found out upon arrival that we had to pay 6000 tenge for two people/two nights. Below is the only mention of potential fees: "Hotel fees The price DOES NOT include any applicable hotel service fees, charges for optional incidentals (such as minibar snacks or telephone calls), or regulatory surcharges. The hotel will assess these fees, charges and surcharges upon check-out." The staff claimed this was a newly imposed tax from Feb 2023.……

“The free mini bar as marketed was never there unfortunately, when leaving we saw on the announcement board that they provide it upon request, however the reception didn’t say a word about it. In general the welcoming was very cold and unpleasant. The facility and rooms were nice!”

“The room was nice. The bed was confortable to lay on. The location was good you can easily walk around the city but there was no nearby convenient store. They have separated bathroom and toilet which we didnt like. No bidet. Amenities are always available. ”
