“We enjoyed our stay and the place was wonderful! We bought things to pack a lunch for Acadia, and it was nice there was a grocery store 2 minutes away. Being able to do a load of laundry after traveling and being hot was amazing! The place we stayed before had a washer and dryer, but we didn't want to buy a lot of detergent for one load. Also, not having us do any clean up before we left was a really nice bonus. I don't mind the small things other places ask us to do, but that you acknowledge……

“What a wonderful home for a family reunion/birthday party! Our ages ranged from 11 to 81. As I wandered the many halls and rooms I liked to imagine I was in a Jane Austen or E.M. Forester novel. We all loved the house so much.It's true as other reviewers mentioned it's a little spare for the folks who use walkers and canes, no hand holds in the bathrooms and all showers are (gorgeous) on the second floor.
