“The staff were very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect for a restful and stress free trip. Many tasty restaurant options and stores were walkable. They offered a cook top, nice sized fridge and plenty of kitchen supplies. We would definitely stay at this property again.”

“My wife and I have been to the Plunge a few years ago and I must report that the service has gone down dramatically. The staff at the beach bar needs to be trained better in customer service skills, and their attitude towards the customer needs a drastic improvement. If you want to be waited on and receive food in a timely manner do not sit at any of the tables that surround the bar, because all of the servers avoid you as if you were a bother to them. “Our experience at this hotel has been the worse. We have booked through Expedia for many years and this is the first time where the hotel we booked did not offer the ammenities that it said it had. In our case it was a washer and dryer. The person at the front desk told us it was a problem out of their control because it was advertised wrong on the Expedia website and that they could NOT do anything about it. The room was also in a very poor condition. The door DID NOT close all the way and……
