“Condition and cleanliness of the property were excellent. Location was great. Owner communication was clear and prompt.There was some confusion about pool access from the listing. Instead of four units sharing two pools, signage on the property showed three units share one pool and the second pool is not shared.Overall, we greatly enjoyed the property and location. ”

“My husband and I had a great stay. Alice is a very thoughtful and responsive host. As others have mentioned, we were greeted with a welcoming basket. The apartment was very clean, had all we need to cook our breakfasts. Close by there are supermarkets, restaurants.We loved that it is steps from the beach. We watched great sunsets!!”

“We had the best stay here! Everything was so clean and the beach is right across the street! The views from the back deck are incredible, and everything is within walking distance, which was so nice! The property manager was very responsive and welcoming! We can’t wait to visit again! ”

“This place was amazing. We had a girls weekend for my moms 68th birthday. Location was perfect. You walk outside and look to the right you can see the gulf. A 2 miniute walk and your on the beach. Area was quite. Definitely big enough for 4 people. The place was spotless when we got there. The pictures are exactly what was in Vbro. The pool was nice to hang out in the early evening. Close to bridge street for food, drinks and shopping. We had a blast taking the trolley and it is free……

“Mike’s place is great…clean, cozy and convenient to all that Anna Maria has to offer. His communication was excellent. (Always got quick replies any time I reached out). The bed is super comfortable and the location was perfect. Right across the street from beautiful Bradenton Beach. We saw dolphins and manatee pretty much every day and the walk to Bridge Street takes mere minutes. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Mike’s place!!!”

“This is our second time staying at this property. We absolutely love everything about it’s such a quaint old Florida style place. The one thing that we like is there are only 4 units so it’s quiet and very relaxing. The pool is something we had to have and it’s the best, all you need to do is walk across the street and your right on the beach. The unit itself has all the amenities you need and its upkeep and very clean. Christine is an awesome host. You won’t be disappointed in booking this……
