“We had a great time in AMI staying at this charming little pink house just across a bit from beach access. We had plenty of room.”

“Property is very close to the beach: Only a couple of blocks. Nicely decorated and included everything we needed in a quiet, residential neighborhood.”

“House was great. Fantastic location, easy to beach, easy walk to the north end shops/restaurants. Pool was awesome. Hot tub was great especially with cooler weather!Amenities at the house are well stocked (eg. pans, utensils, coffee maker (Dual filter and Keurig!).Host is very responsive. Check in was easy.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Anna Maria Island. The location was perfect! We did enjoy the use of the golf cart and I would recommend it for the area. There is still work being done in due to the hurricanes in summer 2024 but there was still plenty to do and the beaches are gorgeous!!! Our hosts were great and provided us with very helpful "local" dining options. The condo is beautiful, three floors, the first is garage and entry only, the second is the main living area and one bedroom……

“we enjoyed our stay and would like to book section A in the future..The king side bed was very uncomfortable.Bathrooms need a bit of updating ...kitchen lacking simple things like dish towels, can opener that works, Simple things to be fixed.As I mentioned the king bed was extremely bad and not comfortable. ”

“We stayed for a family Girls Week trip. The central location on the island was perfect. The beach and the trolley stop were just 1.5-2 blocks away. Having a pool all to ourselves was a really nice treat. The house had everything we needed. Our only complaints were that the mosquitos were out in full force and sometimes drove us inside. We would definitely stay here again.”

“House is just as pictured, beautiful and great location. Pool is small but perfect size for a few people to cool off in. Walking distance from the bay side and rod and reel pier. Highly recommend staying here!”

“Our stay at the Sea Glass Villa was wonderful! The house had everything we needed, was very clean and the quiet neighborhood was wonderful. We loved the location! It is just around the corner from the beach and easy to get anywhere on the island. We loved our stay and would definitely book again! ”

“This property was beautiful and well laid out for our needs. It was located in the perfect spot for what we wanted. The dock and pool being so close let the guys enjoy fishing while being able to watch the kids enjoy the heated pool! The use of the elevator was a huge bonus for my dad since he has trouble with all the stairs. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!”

The island made a great recovery. Everything was wonderful. Will definitely recommend your place to others.”

“Clean beds and bathrooms, A. Great location across the street from public beach access. Updated and cute decor. Hot tub only worked the first two days of our stay. Response to communication about that took a day or more and it was not resolved so we didn’t have use of the hot tub for the majority of our stay. Management company seemed unbothered by our complaints that we booked the property based on hot tub access. Coffee machine and washing machine weren’t clean. ”
