“The staff were very kind throughout my short stay. The rooms were clean. The waffle maker has both strawberry and vanilla flavors which is very nice! There’s also a few restaurant options if you miss breakfast (6a-10a). Exiting the hotel is a bit tricky, but the people of Bay City are very sweet. 10/10 ”

“The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I booked in advance a few hours before and had paid with my debit card and when I got there they didn't have the 2 bed Queen room I originally had paid for all they had was a King hot tub suite. Before I could even say or ask anything the gentleman at the front desk apologized for the inconvenience and gave me the upgraded more expensive room for the same price. That was honestly hands down the absolute best experience I've ever had at any hotel or……

“Likes: Bay Motel had a table & chairs, high quality TV, luggage holder, plenty of "table space", comfortable bed, very quiet refrigerator, full-sized mirror, carpeting, plenty of lighting, clock, hangers available. Dislikes: The toilet did not have a lid, bathroom towel rack too low, hair dryer didn't work, high step getting into the shower room.”
