“The staff was very helpful and the hotel was very convenient to a metro station. About a 15 min walk to the Grand Palace and many dining options. The breakfast was the best I had during my travels in Belgium and very good. The room was fine but could have used a fan as no A/C but was not uncomfortable. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay and would stay here again when in Belgium. Thank you. ”

“The location of the hotel is good , just 10 walk to the station, it is in the side alley so when you walked alone back in the dark it would feel a bit dangerous but the local here look fine and i felt safe all the time. The sound proof of my room is very poor, i always heard ppl talking outside or in their room and it only would be quiet until 0100 am. No air conditioner at all, but i can see heater inside the room(not sure it worked) And the room is quite dull, even i try my best to turn on……
