“Valentina greeted us and was very welcoming and friendly, she showed us our room which had everything we needed including a breakfast hamper with a selection of options. The room was clean and comfortable. Valentina even kindly allowed us to store our luggage in our room before our room was ready and after check out so we could continue exploring Bologna. Location was a 15 walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the main square. ”

“we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. All very good, location is so convenience. Love……

“La habitación estaba muy bien. Era una triple con sofá cama y todas las camas eran buenas. El único problema era que no tenía ventana. Solo un tragaluz en el techo que debido a las lluvias no paraba de sonar durante toda la noche. La lluvia golpeaba sobre el plástico del tragaluz y se ha hecho difícil pasar la noche. Ténganlo en cuenta ”

“It was more like a hostel, but was clean. It was hard to figure out how to get there and using the shower was kind of complicated. I had to ask for a cot, even though I asked them for double beds before I got there. Decent nights sleep.”

“A pochi passi dalla stazione, ottime possibilità di parcheggio in zona, self check in facilissimo. In 20 minuti a piedi si è in pienissimo centro. Consigliatissimo.”

“Sehr guter Support per whatsapp zur Unterkunft, Sehr freundlich und sehr gut englisch sprechend. Gebäude aussen alt und Stil eines Sportlerwohnheims. Inneneinrichtung der Zimmer und Frühstückbereich nett, modern und ansprechend. Leider war wohl ein Raucher im Zimmer zuvor, trotz Rauchverbot im Haus. Im Minikühlschank kostenloses Wasser, Wasserkocher und Fohn mit flauschigen weissen Handtücher vorhanden. Parkmöglickeiten im Hotelgelände. Frühstück italienischer Standard. Zur Durchreise oder……

“ The location is okay. 25 minutes walk to the sights. A supermarket and coffee shops nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. -It’s a 3 room B&B with thin walls. So you will hear the other occupants. - The check-in process in confusing. You have no interaction with anybody (I experienced this in Zagreb and had similar issues). They tell you to phone somebody (not WhatsApp) when you’re at the gate. No one responds, so you have to contact them by WhatsApp. No one responds. -Heating doesn’t work……

“This is an excellent location for someone visiting home the first time. It was affordable, excellent installations with great staff. Walking distance to he Basilica of Saint Mary Major, a church, where Pope Francis is going to buried and close to colosseum. ”

“We stayed at the Marconi Inn for one night. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4 but one of the beds was very small, good for a child but would not have been good for a teen. The check in was smooth, the breakfast as some reviews mentioned is a pastry with a beverage for each person. The coffee place is next to the entrance of the Marconi building. The luggage storage was very convenient and we appreciated it a lot. It is a bit far from all the interesting sites but in general……

“Beautiful Hotel, very well kept, with very warm staff. I took my parents here so that they could visit Assisi (Also very beautiful). Breakfast was good: panini pressed my sandwiches :D. Would like to come back in the summer time and try out the pool. Thank you for the wonderful stay.”
