“We had a wonderful time at Villa Nova. The grounds were wonderful with a pool and a barbecue, many flowers and fresh herbs if you wish to cook. Giuseppe is a fabulous host and extremely helpful. He has a Villa Nuba gold card which gets you discounts at restaurants, tours, shopping and other things. All of the restaurants he recommended were fabulous. If you plan on going to Perugia I would 100% recommend staying at Villa Nuba!”

Clearly furnished with love, equipped with everything you need (a coffee machine AND coffee pods!), a beautiful pool, and an amazing view over to Assisi.The owners were welcoming, and Daniela was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Assisi isn't really within walking distance, but Daniela recommended a great driver, and there are some pretty villages and towns not too far away.”

“The house was very well equipped. The kitchen has all you need and also basic ingredients are available. From the bedroom you have a beautiful view over the hillside.Silvia is an excellent host, very helpful, friendly, patient and generous.The garden and view are astonishing and relaxing. “This was truly a trip of a lifetime and staying at this Villa was the smartest I ever made. We were a group of 24; one toddler, and the rest aged 18-70. The property and villa was immaculate. We were greeted by Bianca who made sure everything was right, and served a meal, we had planned ahead, that was delicious. Food kept coming, and our quests were in awe. The dining room/living room area is in the separate one story building where you could get breakfast, coffee, and just sit and relax. The……

“Stayed for one month, having stayed before. Stefano and Anna are kind hosts. The house has everything you need for a stay of any length of time. The pool area is a nice respite from the heat. The living is comfortable with tv and couches. The kitchen is fully stocked with pot’s and pans of all shapes and sizes. Private gate and driveway. “The villa is so cute and charming. Super close to the city center. Giuseppe was incredibly kind, even drove us around and showed us where things were! Perugia was our favorite destination (and we went to a few big places)! It is absolutely beautiful. So so worth it!”
