“First of all there were no signage of the property name . We couldn’t find the place. We had to ask around . We came later than checking time because we were on route via flight to Bologna. When we finally found the address/location, I called designated number to let them know we are at the front door. Unbeknownst to us, they said they were trying to get a hold of us and we “were not cooperating or assist them with the call”. So they cancelled our reservation and we had to find another……
