“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

“We enjoyed our stay there. Was very clean and comfy. Was surprised on some things not included, like paper towels, kitchen towels and dish soap, kid friendly dishes, (there was a couple plastic plates but no plastic cups)All in all we had a great time. ”

“Convenient. It was not the property I booked or that I saw on pictures. I got a different property on the 1st floor not the one listed. Also the master bathroom shower handle wasn’t working so we didn’t have warm water”

“Just our luck… we booked our FL vacation for one of the rare cold weeks there. It was in the 40’s with rain for all but two days. This place would be amazing for a getaway week with normal FL weather!! The pool area is so nice & the splash pad with water slides and stuff for smaller kids looked great. It’s one of the major reasons we picked this place. No fault of the owners that the weather didn’t cooperate for us, obviously. There were diehards that were in the heated pool throughout the week………
