“A basic type of 'above the pub' accommodation - all you need is there, including ear plugs which do come in handy at night, but the room and bathroom are a bit shabby and could do with an update. A very convenient location, so it's ok for a night or two.”

“Location is good and convenient. However, the inhouse facility does not match with a four star hotel at all. The shower head is leaking, water splashes everywhere when you use it. The room is small and irregular in shape. All the hotel room facilities are too old. The most disappointed condition is no A/C and no fridge inside it.”

“For the price paid... OK. Stopped here several times before and this was the worst experience. The images on the website didn't accurately represent the room, (paid extra for a larger room) which was a letdown from the start. But it was alright. Upon arrival, I noticed the kitchen area had dirty marks all over the gloss cabinets, as well as long black hairs on the floor in the lounge, which suggested a lack of attention to detail in the cleaning process. “Patio window broken, food still in fridge, communal areas filthy and covered in pigeon mess. Communal areas also had very strong dirty smell. Flat itself was OK (apart from the above) but the door did not look very secure.”

“Had a lovely stay absolutely amazing meal in the Pickled Sprout. Fantastic service friendly staff all round. Only issue was the room was way too hot (not much the hotel could do about that short of installing air conditioning) we had 3 fans in the room which made it bearable. Next time we will defo ask for a room with a window. Yes we will be back .”
