“The apartment did not live up to its description as a "De Lux, Luxury Apartment. The kitchen cupboards were de-laminating in several areas and hinges were coming loose on cupboard doors. Also, you had to pay in full, on day of booking, and then, one day before occupation they demanded a further £100 pounds before releasing the Keys to the apartment”

Turned up to find the whole building in scaffolding getting the cladding done, no access to small balcony, fridge needs defrosting, external glazing dirty and still with plastic wrapping, laundry being tied in one of the storage areas. “This was our third visit to the hotel. As previously, check in with quick and easy and the receptionist was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable with extra pillows available, which was good for me. The shower was good with plenty of hot water and shower gel and shampoo. Overall a good experience for the price and we'll definitely be using it again the next time we come up.”

“Comfortable stay in all. Room and amenities exceeded expectations. Note for those wanting to park, the car park is small. It’s understandable that this fills up, fortunately the convention centre opposite has affordable parking. Will stay again when visiting friends and family in Harrogate. ”
