“The apartment is not situated in the area indicated on the map but in a completely different area. Apartment not clean when we arrived and we had to ask for clean bedclothes which was delivered. Keys are picked up at train station which was not very convenient. The house itself very comfortable and in a nice area. ”

“The property is undergoing a refurbishment and not before time...Carpets old and bathrooms shabby.”

“Clean and modern room, plenty of space and good facilities for the price! Only downside was the sound of the nearby M1 motorway, however that is pretty unavoidable in the circumstances, and I would stay again when in the area. ”

“Our room was clean and comfortable. It was a good size and set up for a family as we needed. We were disappointed that the spa was closed, an odd decision to close the spa at the weekend when travellers are most likely to want to use it. Breakfast was a little underwhelming but plenty to choose from. The cereal packets were quite a long way out of date. The traffic was quite loud from our room at the front of the hotel. A room at the back would be much better to be able to sleep through. Just……

“The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. ”
