“This was a last minute booking for one night at half 3 in the afternoon. What a fantastic find! There wasn't much around at the end of October and based on reviews and us having a car, we went for this. We wish we had had more time but needed a car to be returned to Syracuse by 11 next day :( I cannot say enough positive things about the place, the staff, the welcome, the price including breakfast and aside to the room, the gorgeous garden space and furniture. I’d read some of the reviews before that said you could hear noise from the street below and that it was difficult to get into the rooms but me and my Mum had neither of these issues. We didn’t hear any noise from the street below at night! When we arrived, we were able to drop our bags off and head out for a couple of hours before we could get into our room. “The rooms and common spaces here are beautiful and it's centrally located in Noto. Breakfast is delivered to your room on a cart. Nice balcony, lovely courtyard. The staff here is wonderful - so nice and helpful. Biggest bathroom you find in Italy (or anywhere, really!). Very clean. Would definitely stay there again.”
