“The rooms were very nice but the dinning room staff need improvement ”

“Lovwly hotel in a great location beside the highway. Lots of restaurants around to grab a bite. Plus they had snacks in the lobby for purchase and a free hot breakfast that was great. They had a good size mini fridge and microwave. The room was clean and comfortable. Strong AC. Lots of pillows. TV had a lot of stations, too. Friendly enough staff. ”

“Best Comfort Inn we’ve ever stayed in. I wish this was the standard for them all. One small negative is that there is no elevator. It’s only a 2 storey building but carrying our suitcases up a flight of stairs after a long week of travel, was a bit of a chore. ”

“My family and I stayed in this hotel and experienced very unprofessional service and dishonesty from the night shift staff Jovane in this end of Nov. We went back to the hotel at around 12:30 AM. We could not open our door after inserting the key card for a few times, so we went to the lobby and asked Jovane to check whether there was a problem with our key card. He checked our card and said there wasn’t any problem and asked us to try again. We then went up to our room again and tried again……

“一開始訂房時在考慮兩間酒店，後來決定選擇了免費停車的這一家。這是它的第一個優點。 辦理Check- in時前台服務很熱情，客房很舒適、整潔。雖然因為疫情原因無法在餐廳吃早餐，但客房也有足夠的椅子可以讓我們在房間內用早餐。附近很多家餐廳，評分也都很高，解決三餐很容易。有機會還會再過去。”
