“The Four Points Sheraton was a clean & friendly Hotel exactly what you would expect from a Sheraton. The cleaning was of a high standard and the restaurant waiting on staff were very helpful. The room was recently refurbished the only criticism was a the small bathroom. The complimentary shuttle to & from the beach was a bonus especially as there is a steep hill walk when returning from the lovely sandy beach. “They gave us a wrong room with shared bathroom so we had to stay for one night not two, no staff at night or at check in. Other rooms are great and good people. Need a refund for the cancelled night. ”

My one comment or suggestions. could you have a staff person park the car in your parking garage. There is so many parking spaces in your hotel but difficult to get into due to the width of the driveway. “Fabulous place; peaceful and beautiful area, huge sandy beach with shallow water. Hotel has a lovely pool, its staff was very friendly spacious room with large terrace and amazing view. Fantastic breakfasts The only minus for me was lack of coffee/tea maker, I think hotel at this standard should provide it. ”

The location is ideal in terms of access, but extremely noisy foremost because of the oft-mentioned bus depot, and also a school right underneath during the day. “A lovely traditional building but seems to have downgraded since covid. No glasses in rooms just paper cups. Rooms booked were supposed to be large enough for 3 people but this resulted in a smaller balcony and a poorer view. Staff in restaurant for breakfast were unhelpful except for Otilde who did everything she could to make our stay better. She deserves a lot of credit. No breakfast tea bags and the hot plates were never switched on so food that should have been hot was cold. Unfortunately……
