“我們因會提早抵達住宿地，事先致電給客服確認是否能在3pm check in前先寄放行李，一開始接電話的窗口甚至是在Porto的服務人員，轉接到Lisbon的窗口後對方告知和清潔人員確認後沒問題，可先提供self check in的資訊。建議直接加Lovely Stay的WhatsApp溝通較即時，訊息也會比較完整清楚。我們此次最喜歡的部分是住宿的陽台，可以直接看到海，而且晾衣服一下子就乾了，晚上坐在外面吹風很舒服。浴室裡有一台洗衣機，衣櫃裡有足夠的衣架和曬衣夾，廚房櫃檯上有附洗衣球，可以在旅行途中洗衣服真的是一件很方便的事！距離市區和地鐵都有一點遠，但樓下就有公車站可以去很多地方，附近還有古老博物館和一些餐廳，慢遊還滿舒服。”

“Along the famous train 28E on hill side. It maybe a little bit far from centre about 20-25mins walk but there is a very local district. The room is nice and also has simple kitchen, free lemon water and coffee. And just EU1 soft drinks. ”

“It is a horrible start of my stay. I did not receive any notification regarding to the check-in process so I have to press every single buzzer on the door as there is none sign outside of the building. One of the residents who are so kind to offer the contact number from the owner then fianlly we were able to get into our room. And it is very late in the evening already. One of the heater is not working and the bathroom smells. I have to convince myself in order to be able to stay there. The……

“The best hotel we had during our stay in Lisbon. Jardim da Lapa was lovely and an oasis! The staff were really welcoming. The room was clean, ecofriendly and comfortable. The breakfast was above our expectations. We would comeback and stay longer! ”
