“We had a lovely stay at this property. The layout was perfect for our family that included 3 adult couples who stayed and local family who visited with kids ages 11 and 7. The communication during our stay about a couple small issues was stellar. ”

“Love the location; unless you are planning to travel to some of the SoCal attractions you can easily stay here and never drive. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and grocery store only two blocks away. Beach is 3 minute walk. ”

“Fantastic location. Home was filthy. Kitchen Light and fan not working, shower door in bathroom falls off. Home was hot no ventilation ”

“Building exterior has deferred maintenance and is not exciting on approach. Only 1 parking place was tough - but not terrible. A few little things, but overall the home was great for what we needed - close to Disneyland and room for family. Beds were comfy and it was quiet.”

“This was the perfect spot for our group of 6. It had everything we needed. 2 bedrooms that are very comfortable. Spacious living room with couches and TV. Kitchen with everything we needed if we had cooked. Close to all the beaches we wanted to see. Close to stadium and to Disneyland. This was the perfect spot for us. The pool looked very nice. We didn't have time to swim.”

“The location of the property is great, but the photos are a little bit misleading as the condition of the property has changed since it’s been photographed. There was cat hair all over the chairs outside. The listing boasts that there is a washer and dryer but they don’t provide laundry pods or dryer sheets. The local grocery store sells them of course but in a huge quantity. We spent 5000 for three nights and was disappointed that they couldn’t provide laundry pods, especially when we called……

“The home was a bit dated but comfortable and had everything you need. It is in a great location, just steps to the beach (120 steps to be exact, lol). There were a few minor inconveniences, the light in the dining room didn't work. And several of the outlets wouldnt work but we managed. Would absolutely stay here agsi !”

“Such a great location and property. Everything you could want for a location in so cal close to Disneyland. The walk to the park is not too bad. Our kids adored the bunk beds. All the beds are super comfortable. Check out instructions are clear and easy. The owner was super nice and responsive. Highly highly recommend ”

“This was the third time we have stayed in Rita's place. The condo is very clean, in a convenient location, quiet, and spacious. We love it! Rita is always easy to contact, and she is very kind and happy to answer any questions; although we had few questions because precise information was readily available on the site and inside the unit. “This was a nice space for our group of 7. Lots of beds, 2.5 baths. Everything was very clean, well supplied and well kept. Access to the laundry facilities was a nice perk. Location is pretty good, it is just a few mins to the freeway. We were able to get out easily for day trips to San Diego and Joshua Tree. Disney is 15-25 min away.Accessing the property for the first time was an experience. I originally tried to open someone else's garage door, then drove around until I finally figured out……

“Great location close to the track and downtown attractions. Everything was clean and well organized. Highly recommended. ”

“Excellent, walkable area. We were in LA for a hockey game at Crypto.com arena. Jordi's place served the purpose very well. It was easy to find, check in and park. There were tons of places to eat and see in the area as well and we didn't feel unsafe at any time. The condo itself was even better than we'd hoped. It was very large and spacious and the pull out couch was very comfortable (so said our 23 year old daughter, hah!). It was also well equipped with all appliances and dishes you'd need……

“Property is well maintained and very clean. The location is perfect and is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Communication with the hosts were timely and helpful. We would book here again in a heartbeat!!”

“Great little condo, walkable to the beach and the second st downtown shopping and dining. The kitchen is set up if you want to do some cooking. The one draw back is your bedroom is also the main living area, so you could not entertain. Would also be nice if the front yard was set up with some seating, but since there are other units, maybe that's an issue. Overall, good deal. ”
