“We had a lovely stay at this property. The layout was perfect for our family that included 3 adult couples who stayed and local family who visited with kids ages 11 and 7. The communication during our stay about a couple small issues was stellar. ”

“Love the location; unless you are planning to travel to some of the SoCal attractions you can easily stay here and never drive. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and grocery store only two blocks away. Beach is 3 minute walk. ”

“We had a great stay overall. This property is located in a great location, half a block from the beach and within close walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Balboa Park. It is small, but suited our family well with bunkbeds for the children, and a large master suite. The carport is extremely small, but we were thankful to have a designated space to park in. The management company requires quite a bit of information upfront, but was very easy to work with and available to answer questions.……

Kitchen with everything we needed if we had cooked. Close to all the beaches we wanted to see. Close to stadium and to Disneyland. This was the perfect spot for us. The pool looked very nice. We didn't have time to swim.”

“The location of the property is great, but the photos are a little bit misleading as the condition of the property has changed since it’s been photographed. There was cat hair all over the chairs outside. The listing boasts that there is a washer and dryer but they don’t provide laundry pods or dryer sheets. The local grocery store sells them of course but in a huge quantity. We spent 5000 for three nights and was disappointed that they couldn’t provide laundry pods, especially when we called……

“The home was a bit dated but comfortable and had everything you need. It is in a great location, just steps to the beach (120 steps to be exact, lol). There were a few minor inconveniences, the light in the dining room didn't work. And several of the outlets wouldnt work but we managed. Would absolutely stay here agsi !”

“Such a great location and property. Everything you could want for a location in so cal close to Disneyland. The walk to the park is not too bad. Our kids adored the bunk beds. All the beds are super comfortable. Check out instructions are clear and easy. The owner was super nice and responsive. Highly highly recommend ”

“This was a nice space for our group of 7. Lots of beds, 2.5 baths. Everything was very clean, well supplied and well kept. Access to the laundry facilities was a nice perk. Location is pretty good, it is just a few mins to the freeway. We were able to get out easily for day trips to San Diego and Joshua Tree. Disney is 15-25 min away.Accessing the property for the first time was an experience. I originally tried to open someone else's garage door, then drove around until I finally figured out……

“Excellent, walkable area. We were in LA for a hockey game at Crypto.com arena. Jordi's place served the purpose very well. It was easy to find, check in and park. There were tons of places to eat and see in the area as well and we didn't feel unsafe at any time. The condo itself was even better than we'd hoped. It was very large and spacious and the pull out couch was very comfortable (so said our 23 year old daughter, hah!). It was also well equipped with all appliances and dishes you'd need……
