“This proved to be one of the superior B&Bs we have ever used. Apart from the comfort and cleanliness we discovered two small brownies and two KitKats on the tea tray. Breakfast was delicious - porridge, fresh fruit salad, any cereals, full breakfasts and scrambled eggs with smoked salmon . Very inexpensive.”

“A pleasant hotel but not really "luxury" as they claim. No air conditioning, just a small, noisy desk fan. Probably not an issue most of the year, to be fair, as it was unseasonably hot this week. Double bed with a poor mattress that transferred all movement of one partner to the other. Tap in the wash basin too close to the basin; I've seen this repeatedly in hotel rooms and, to be fair, some home, and I'll never understand how the proprietors and their plumber can't figure out what size……

“The staff were extremely friendly, and the room was acceptable with a good shower. The breakfasts were basic, and the dinners were pub style but adequate. The area is right in the countryside and the historic village church is well worth a visit”

“We very much enjoyed our two night stay that included an amazing hike that started right out front of the Inn. Our room was lovely but a tad noisey as the Inn is right on the road. It quiets down at night. We had realfast and dinner on site and all were delicious! A cozy spot very easily reached without a car.”
