“The property is new and in excellent condition. It was great for a family of three staying in Athens for three days. There is a mini market about 4 minutes walking away and cleaning was done everyday. The automatic light in the bathroom went off during baths which should be fixed. I would recommend a family of three to stay here comfortable.”

“Staff is awesome, very polite and attentive. The small kitchen/entertainment area in the basement was a pleasant surprise. Location is not ideal but I would definitely recommend it to my friends. It offers a great value for those traveling on a budget. The only thing I wish we had was a bigger bathroom. ”

“Quirky and stylish property conveniently located for the Kolonaki / Exarhia / Syntagma / shopping district areas. Beautiful top floor room in a listed building. There are stairs to climb so be prepared - luggage not an issue as the staff takes care of it. Overall very enjoyable stay... will be back...”

“The lobby was very clean, and the staff was very kind. They would also help you with good directions or things to do in Athens. The room was also totally fine, it had a nice bed. The shower was very new. The breakfast was very nice and had a cute location. The neighborhood was fine and a bit quiet, and had some really cute restaurants and cafés. We were staying at the ground floor and did notice that you could hear people come in in the morning. So if you wanna sleep in, that might not really……

“It wan't near to the centre so you have to walk like 3 min and wait for 224 bus or trolley 15. Can it be a hotel? well...I don't think it's worth that price..The room is a dirty, including the bedsheet...During the last night of our stay, there was a water leakage on a corner of the ceiling! Though they offered a room changing we just let it be as we would leave in the next day. Only one good thing was the old staff of the reception are mostly helpful and nice!”
