“Each year myself and my son and his 3 best friends have been coming to Jax Beach and staying at this specific property going on 4 years straight now. We all love the house and pool plus the location is perfect for restaurants, access to the beach and fishing over at Mayport. ”

“We had a group of 4 adults and 8 kids and everyone was happy with this vacation house. There was ample space for everyone and we had more bedrooms than needed. The kids loved the pool and beach goers enjoyed the short walk to the beach. This house was perfect for our large group. ”

“Home is beautiful with lots of natural light and an amazing set-up for a family trip! Really close to sand beach and in a quaint neighborhood. The outdoor living area and common spaces are EXCEPTIONAL. So much fun for a family trip with teenagers and young adults. They loved all of the games (ping pong, mini golf, etc), pool, and outdoor sitting area. We travel quite a bit and this is one of the best homes where we have stayed. Highly recommend!”
