“I usually require a wheelchair accessible room, and this room was the most spacious and the most accommodating that I’ve ever seen for a wheelchair room. Everything from the spaciousness in the room itself to the bathroom and the rolling shower was excellent. The only other comment is the wheelchair accessible room is on the second floor, and if there was an emergency such as a fire where elevators could not be used I do not know if there is another escape route.”

“It was extremely comfortable but I found the staff at the breakfast bar extremely rude. They yelled at customers for being in the way and when one guy was getting waffle batter, they actually yellled at him that they were refilling it. Very unfriendly. ”

“It was difficult to find. It was 2 stories, no elevator. The staff were very accommodating and willing to carry suitcases upstairs. ”
