“The hotel room is comparatively small in size, without a formal wardrobe. The shower room is without door, so we had to be very careful during showering, otherwise water would splash outside the shower room, even though there is trench drainage installed. Also, the wash basin is very small, unavoidably leading to the splashing of water on the floor. The above plus the slippery bathroom tiles made me slip on the floor. As stated in the reservation record issued by the Hotel.com. as a Silver……

“離主要購物街及火車站約10分鐘，地點不錯，房型及酒店也比較新，十分舒適！ 行10分鐘左右已有不少好吃的餐廳及超市！整體cp值不錯”

“職員有禮貌，態度友善，住宿旺中帶靜，對面向上行就是公園，往下行就有各式各樣餐廳和購物、十分方便，雖然酒店有點舊，但整體而言也不錯”

“除了check out experience 很差之外，其餘都很好。大部分的員工都很友善，酒店的位置亦很方便，小廚房設備齊全，cleaning staff好helpful 亦有效率，不過只因為check out 時前台的一名女職員態度很惡劣，就破壞了這8日的住宿體驗！事源我入住時已經要求late checkout, 職員亦友善地表示最多只可以留到11:30am, 但check out 當日前台女職員表示有加拿大客人要求早些check in, 所以要求我和女兒11am check out, 當我們表示check in時職員已經答應我們可以late check out, 該女職員竟然很不耐煩地問”who promised you that?” 我心諗，職員冇帶name badge, reception counter亦冇展示當值職員名，乜原來我係要問職員名而唔係酒店有internal record 既咩？！雖然經過一番理論後我哋都係11:30am先check out，但當check out時我要放低行李一會，該職員刻意不招待我，我等了10分鐘問佢佢先講”you can leave your……
