“This property was so warm and comforting, and the owners were so amazing with the in/out process! The little things that they offer for the comfort of home were above and beyond. I would 1000% recommend this as a must stay. The views are unreal!! The hospitality is unmatched! Absolutely gem! “Phenomenal view, attractively and comfortably furnished, beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. Nicole, our host, was very responsive, answering any questions in a matter of minutes. We had everything we needed for a 6-night stay, including the use of the hot tub on the deck, a BIG plus at the end of a long day of hiking. Highly recommended!”

“We thought it was a lot of house for the money. Kitchen was well appointed and easy to navigate. House was quirky but we enjoyed it. Especially enjoyed hiking on the nearby trail. Also recommend the cable museum,,and a visit to Brigus. One should also know that Bay Roberts has all the stores etc,,but no downtown section and there is a fairly busy road in front of the house.”

“My partner and I had a wonderful time downtown and stayed at this property. The room is PRISTINE with high ceilings and a nice vibe. Check in was perfect and access in and out of the building was very easy. We didn’t have any problems. The heated toilet was my favourite lol. We look forward to staying here again soon and would 1000% recommend JP as a host and his properties :)”

“We were booked on Valentine’s Day but had to cancel due to a family emergency which led to my mother passing away. The owners were incredibly understanding and accommodating, allowing us to defer our trip to March 28. The place was fantastic and we really loved the wood stove and Sauna! “This property was an exceptional find. Exactly as advertised but with a view more spectacular than imagined. Very clean property with all the necessary amenities. “We stayed here last year on Friday night of the Labour day weekend as well. Great place...very quiet, out of the way of the main roads and highways. We have stayed in two different units and both were extremely clean, even clean smelling. Kudos to the housekeeper (we met her last year but I forget her name). The owners are also super nice and friendly. We have two kids, age 4 and 9 and found the place to be very spacious and inviting. Hoping to make this a yearly tradition of staying here Friday……
