“We stayed at this property for two weeks and a half, and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were very accommodating and very friendly. The best cappuccino and Istanbul is in their lobby. Also, it’s in a very safe area. I highly recommend this hotel if I could give 100 stars I would. ”

“This was a good experience for my friend and I, especially for the price. The hotel staff was always very nice and helpful. They were great. The location is wonderful. If you take the underground walkway at the top of the hill you can get past the highways safely and quickly and end up in a beautiful area. “Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. ”

"The room is spacious and artistically decorated, providing a pleasant stay. The hotel owner is very kind and prepares coffee for you, adding a personal touch to the experience. Breakfast is provided, and the hotel is within walking distance (8-10 min) from the Metro station. Additionally, there is a lift, so you don't need to worry about carrying your luggage upstairs. However, the roads in Taksim are generally rough and bumpy, and the curtains could be improved to better block the light from the street lamps."
