“First thing, i dont think i was even going to get the initial room i had booked. The room i was initially given was a bit small and someone was still enjoying their stay. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and got us another room and since it was smaller; I got a partial refund. That was pretty much the only problem we had experienced. I will continue to book this hotel because it also gas various resturants and a movie theater within walking distance. Great customer service and parking.”

“The employees at front desk earlier in the day before 2 were not very accommodating or helpful but the second shift guy at counter was awesome ”

“We had a nice quiet stay. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was pleasant. It’s right off the highway and near lots of food. It is also walkable to a maverick that is located right next door. ”

“The front desk staff was top shelf. Restaurant staff, not so much. The facility was undergoing renovations, which I understand is difficult to do while still accommodating guests. My issue is that I was not made aware of this until we arrived. I felt like I was the victim of a bait and switch con. Other than the staff, it was a horrible experience. ”

“We stayed at this hotel for a basketball tourney(Salsa Slam). Very convenient location. Very nice staff. ”
