“We had a lovely stay in Deena’s cottage. The cottage was super convenient to the car ferry, and we took many fun trips into Williamsburg and Jamestown with the kids. We enjoyed the private slice of beach right outside the cottage and kayaking with the kids in the river. Deena was incredibly communicative and knowledgeable and the check-in/out process was seamless. The cottage was well-appointed and the kitchen well-stocked and had everything we needed. All in all, the cottage was a perfect……

“Our cottage was the perfect place to post up for a week of exploring Yorktown and other areas in Tidewater Virginia. Very comfortable and well-appointed interior spaces along with inviting and nicely landscaped outdoor spaces. Easy walking distance to the waterfront and historic spots in Yorktown. Owners were wonderful and very responsive to questions.”

“First, I did not realize how far off the beaten path the property was; however, it wasn't a difficult or treacherous drive. Once arriving, it was well worth it. The property is immaculate and provided all the basic needs to cook and enjoy the amenities. The river is beautiful, and watching it from the sunroom happened daily. I will definitely look at this property when returning, hopefully it will be warmer but the firepit offered warmth and smores when sitting out back enjoying the river……

“Great stay overall for a student on residence. Great place to study cook dinner, quite nights, pool, workout facilities. The community needs to work on trash cleanup as there seems to always be bits of trash on the lawn”
