“The property is nice overall.There are a few concerns though.There are cockroaches in the kitchen and bathrooms.The extractor and ceiling lights in the kitchen need replacing.Cupboards in kitchen were sticky and in need of a good clean.Carpets throughout need replacing as worn and stretched.Furniture is tired and chipped/scratched.Needs a small refurbish.Balcony's and Lanai need pressure washing and cleaning.Light socket in closet in main bedroom is dangerous and broken and needs……
