“Very friendly staff- Wendy at the front desk is truly kind and accommodating. Very clean and well kept property and rooms. Comfortable bed and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. “Our experience here at Wood Springs was excellent. The manager at the front desk his name is Gary. He was very very nice to us. He welcomed us in and just helped us out so much, and we truly appreciated it and there was also another young lady at the front desk who helped me out as well and we really appreciate her as well. “The views were great. Was there when soccer tournament was going on so lots of load kids in the hallway. Other than that service was good etc. Hot tub wasnt very warm but better than most. Breakfast was pretty decent. They have all juices with stevia which was a bummer but other than that was clean and nice.”

“The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?”
